Bowling Green Scholar House
Bowling Green Scholar House now leasing 2BR/1Bath units with all utilities paid! Each unit includes all major appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer). The Scholar House offers a Head-start Program, affordable Daycare, an on-site computer lab for residents needing access to a computer and printer (24/7), free WIFI, an on-site community room, and a playground area.
Requirements:
Must be a current full-time student and be enrolled in one of the following schools:
- WKU
- SKYCTC
- Indiana Tech
- Lindsey Institute of Cosmetology
- Regina Webb Academy
- PJ’s College of Cosmetology
Each household must have one or more dependent child(ren) under the age of 18 in the household.
Tenant must attend 3 life skills classes with at least one class being a parenting class, each year that they live at Scholar House.
Tenant must attend 3 tenant council meetings, each year that they live at Scholar House.
Tenant must maintain a GPA and Cumulative GPA of a 2.0 or higher each semester.
